Cory Morrow headlines at the 2nd Annual Hardin County MusicFest as the crowd looks on and cheers.
The
2nd Annual Hardin County MusicFest was held May 15-16th at the Hardin
County Entertainment Ranch on Hwy 418 in Kountze.
The MusicFest featured a Motorcycle Rally, 4x4/Off-road & Truck
Show, BBQ & Gumbo Cook-off, Washer Tournament, Helicopter Rides,
KidzFest, Great Vendors, and Great Music!
Headliners included Cory Morrow, Ian Moore, Keith Frank, Micky & the Motorcars, Grupo Aggresivo, Herbie Stutes, Rachel Brown, & many more!!!
4x4/Off-road Truck Show & Mud Pit Races - Mud was flying as 4x4s, Off-Road Vehicles and Trucks got to compete in the 1st Annual Show and Mud Pit Races! People came from all around to show off their "Big Boy Toys" and play in the mud, and the crowd LOVED it!!!
Helicopter
Rides -
The 2009 MusicFest not only offered helicopter rides for the first
time, but a local skydiving group made jumps on-site as some of the
4x4 group looked on.
- HCMF Sponsor & Volunteer Appreciation Party-
The 2nd Annual HCMF Sponsor and Volunteer Appreciation Party was held at the new Vine Event Center in Kountze. Here the crowd watches as the Battle of the Bands winner, The Bryce Shaver Band, entertains.
The Chamber of Commerce and HCMF worked hard to raise money for worthy causes such as the Hardin County Crime Victims' Assistance Center. Festival Director Amanda Schilling presents a check to HCCVAC Executive Director.
